Job Description and Salary

Our Environmental group is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience for work on preparing and litigating a multi-party complex case. Exceptional litigation writing skills are a must. Environmental experience is a positive (CERCLA in particular) but is not necessary. Duties would include development of case strategy, drafting initial pleadings, developing factual bases, propounding and responding to discovery, legal research, drafting briefs, contribution to overall litigation strategy, close collaboration with senior partner and the rest of the litigation team. The position is a reduced hours arrangement with a minimum requirement of 1000 billable hours per year. We will consider candidates regardless of office location. Remote work is an option depending on jurisdiction.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $140,000 to a maximum of $210,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm
