As a Software QAEngineer within our AutonomyIntegrationteam, you will play a crucial role in advancing our AIplatform's integration with vehicles and humanoid robotics.You'llbe at the forefront oftesting and validatingfeatures thatleveragethe power of Tesla AI, ensuringreliable and safe operation according to system requirements. You willbe responsible for identifying gapsin test coverage,constructing scenarios that exercisefail-operational behaviors, and publishing reliability metrics.Your tests willexecuteonSIL/HIL andreal-timesimulationframeworks, ensuring correct operation of features at theconvergenceofAI solutions,system interfaces, sensors, actuators, andapplications. What You'll Do Work withsoftware developers andhardware designers to cultivatean expert understanding ofsensors, actuators,AI models,and their interfaces with theAIcomputer Develop and execute comprehensive system and sub-system level test specifications and test plans and provide feedback to development team Identifyrisks to interfaces and mechanisms that enable redundancy and fail-operational behaviors Use AI-driven toolstodesign andexecute tests and evaluate results efficiently and repeatedlyon HIL/SIL andreal-timesimulationenvironments Investigate field issues through data analysis and issue reproduction Navigate productionsource code toidentifyand debug issues and propose robust solutions. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
