As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and report concerns with clear communication. You will also support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with reports, notifications, and coordination with site leadership and/or public responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and check credentials, badges, and/or visitor logs in accordance with site procedures, helping to control the movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Complete required documentation such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
