As a Security Officer - ER Patrol Driver in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to calls, and deliver clear, respectful customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, medical emergency notifications, and coordinating with facility personnel and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazards, with working conditions varying by post assignment.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by observing for authorized entry, providing directions, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for hospital posts.
• Proof of a high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
