We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

Who We Are

At Adobe Acrobat Sign, we are redefining how the world reaches agreements by making it faster, simpler, and more trusted. From SMBs to the world's largest enterprises, Acrobat Sign powers critical workflows across HR, Sales, Legal, and Operations.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Product Manager focused on Retention, helping customers fully realize the value of Acrobat Sign. The mission is twofold: help individual users activate quickly and send more agreements, and introduce new e-signature use cases across organizations. This is a high-ownership role for an early-career PM or recent MBA who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to work on problems that directly impact customer value, retention, and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own retention outcomes: Drive initiatives that increase adoption and usage across SMB and Enterprise customers, defining clear success metrics and staying accountable for results.

  • Solve ambiguous problems: Retention challenges are rarely obvious. You'll break down unclear signals - usage patterns, customer feedback, and funnel data - into well-framed problems and decisive action plans using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

  • Build customer-backed solutions: Translate customer insights into shipped outcomes by partnering with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong bias for action: You don't wait for perfect clarity. You move forward, unblock yourself, and learn quickly.

  • Structured thinker: You can decompose messy problems, prioritize effectively, and use data to guide decisions.

  • Highly effective communicator: You influence without authority and can confidently represent your work with diverse audiences.

  • Product intuition: You have strong instincts for how users behave and what drives meaningful adoption.

  • Ownership approach: You are not only solving problems but also owning outcomes, pushing through barriers with resilience and determination.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a recently completed MBA.

  • Background in consulting, internal strategy, analytics, or a related role preferred.

  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise customers preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
