The Opportunity We're hiring a Product Manager focused on Retention, helping customers fully realize the value of Acrobat Sign. The mission is twofold: help individual users activate quickly and send more agreements, and introduce new e-signature use cases across organizations. This is a high-ownership role for an early-career PM or recent MBA who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to work on problems that directly impact customer value, retention, and revenue. In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
