General Role Description:

Under the oversight of the Program Compliance Manager in conjunction with the Laboratory Director, the Compliance Support Supervisor provides administrative support to ensure the consistent quality, safety, and overall compliance of the Laboratory Services Program with department and organization policies and procedures, and local/state/federal regulations. Serves as ongoing liaison between patient, provider, and other internal/external entities in administration of the Laboratory Services program.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting or laboratory business setting; minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • 2+ years of waived testing performance
  • ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent; or, 2+ years KSC experience as a Laboratory Services Supervisor, or must obtain ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent within 12 months of employment.
  • Valid driver's license

Special Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of CLIA regulations and ability to summarize inspection findings for Compliance, Waived and PPM certifications
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of budgeting, billing, cost analysis, and quality control/assurance for waived testing
  • Familiarity with AAAHC, CAP, OSHA, and CLIA regulations
  • High attention to detail and solid customer service and professional etiquette
  • Practical experience with routine laboratory equipment and procedures
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, tailored presentations
  • Excellent time management: able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and oversee operations across multiple sites
  • Effective leadership skills, including change management, collaboration, team motivation, and creating a positive, supportive work environment
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage multiple projects, and perform well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science/field of study
  • 2+ years of experience as a laboratory supervisor. Preceptor/Training resource

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
