Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

ROLE SUMMARY

Sprezzatura is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a government customer. The ideal Candidate must be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives
• Responsible for requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement/documentation for projects, and training processes / documentation
• Meet with government staff to create Standard Operating Procedures
• Presents via PowerPoint process flows, process maps, and other critical system documents
• Facilitates communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Required) to be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related Information Technology
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Client focused mindset to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Deep understanding of workflows, operations, and optimization strategies
• Ability to map processes and identify inefficiencies
• Technical Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and data visualization tools.
• Ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Prior experience working Veteran Affairs a plus
• Experience with CRM applications, SQL, Salesforce BA/Salesforce Admin Certificate nice to have
• Familiarity with ServiceNow

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00 following an East Coast schedule. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
