Overview

Delivers hands-on configuration and prototyping to validate requirements and accelerate delivery. Works directly with business users to map workflows to standard Salesforce functionality, runs demos, and turns feedback into build-ready requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

    Configure Salesforce to support business processes (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards).
  • Build prototypes and demoable increments to validate requirements and drive fast feedback.
  • Facilitate working sessions with users to map workflows to standard Salesforce capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Draft and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation (process flows, configuration notes).
  • Support testing activities, including UAT support, defect triage, and validation of fixes.
  • Contribute to training materials and rollout activities to drive adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years hands-on Salesforce configuration experience in delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of Flow and basic security concepts (profiles/permission sets, sharing fundamentals).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort running demos and requirements sessions.
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination as a condition of employment.


Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
