KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Business Analyst to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, compile, document and communicate clear and testable requirements by being an active leader, using a variety of elicitation methods such as interviewing, workshops, business process and workflow review
  • Analyze, translate and communicate business requirements back to development team, through detailed flow charts, diagrams, prototypes, use cases, and user stories; act as a subject matter expert to drive technology solutions for the business
  • Account for advanced verbal and written communication within the effort (project team, stakeholders, and sponsors), and with leadership, building trusted relationships through assignments
  • Perform requirements traceability throughout project lifecycle to validate that product meets the approved requirements; manage changing requirements and priorities; support the testing process and traceability through review of test cases
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address problems that are complex and often unique, using technical knowledge to determine resolution strategies aligned to business needs. Ability to critically evaluate the information obtained from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
  • Understand, support and contribute to organization's strategy and contribute ideas and feedback within department; promote the benefits of change and act as a catalyst for change across the organization
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience managing multiple concurrent work streams of business analysis and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Jira; CBAP/CCBA certification preferred
  • Experience leading and managing requirements gathering for large programs and/or products required
  • Solid experience positively influencing, mentoring and being a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members; strong troubleshooting skills with ability to work in a high-pressure, remote/distributed team environment and react quickly to problems and issues for multiple projects, applying critical thinking to each situation
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
