Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Regional Medical Director to join our growing Primary Care Service Line. The Director works collaboratively in a Dyad relationship with the practice managers, service line director and supervisors to provide physician leadership for the clinical and support staff of the assigned offices under the Primary Care Service Line. This position helps facilitate delivery of safe, accessible, high-quality patient centered medical care by ensuring implementation of sound practices and procedures to provide optimal patient and staff experience. Provider will spend 80% of time performing clinical responsibilities and 20% of time performing administrative responsibilities. Primary Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:
