JOB SUMMARY This is an exciting opportunity to obtain hands-on analytical development experience at a fast-growing biotech company. As an Analytical Development Intern, you will support the BioCryst analytical by performing solubility testing on the new molecule. This will provide vital information to guide organic solvent selection, cocrystals and salt screening, and possible drug delivery systems. The intern will be expected to learn how to weigh samples for accurate readings and ensure no cross-contamination, thoroughly record experimental that will include pH readings and photos, accurately prepare standards and samples for testing, report any anomalies in a timely manner to the lead project scientist, and finally work with the lead scientist to write a final report and present findings.
