Job Summary

Belden's Specialist, Multimedia Design is a creative professional responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of multimedia content, including video, motion graphics and interactive elements, to support our global marketing and regional campaign initiatives. This role is pivotal in bringing our brand stories to life across various digital platforms through compelling visual and auditory experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills and a passion for pushing visual boundaries.

You will make a difference in the following ways



  • Multimedia Content Creation: Design, animate, and produce a wide range of multimedia assets, including explainer videos, promotional animations, motion graphics and interactive presentations.
  • Video Production & Editing: Edit video footage, add visual effects, transitions, sound and color correction to create polished and professional video content.
  • Motion Graphics Development: Create compelling motion graphics for various applications, such as social media, web banners, presentations and video intros/outros, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Tool & Technology Exploration: Stay current with emerging multimedia technologies, software, and industry trends, sharing relevant insights and potential applications with the team.
  • Creative Brainstorming & Storyboarding: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for multimedia concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives for campaigns.



What you bring



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Digital Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in multimedia design or motion graphics, preferably within a corporate marketing department or agency setting.
  • Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects, including video editing, motion graphics, and interactive content.
  • Proficiency:

    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • Strong understanding of video post-production workflows.
    • Demonstrated ability to create compelling motion graphics and animations with 3D animation software (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender).
    • Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.


  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques, and adapt to evolving brand and marketing needs.


Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $74,600 to $105,000.00, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
