Program Coordinator The Office of Opportunity and Outreach Full Time 87562BR Job Summary The Office of Opportunity and Outreach (O&O) Operations Team seeks an experienced Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and program support to the Central Office of O&O. Under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will take ownership of evolving administrative responsibilities that directly contribute to O&O's mission and initiatives, and operational efficiency. The Program Coordinator is a key role in providing program coordination and administrative assistance to O&O's Vice Chancellor of Opportunity and Outreach (VCOO), Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff (AVC/COS), and Senior Program Manager, as well as supporting the overall operations of the Central Office, and high-impact initiatives such as the Discretionary Activities and Programs Certification and Review and Anti-Discrimination Initiative (ADI). Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $154,600 (Annual Rate).
