Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Industrial Contractors, Inc. (ICI) is a Northern Plains based industrial construction company headquartered in Bismarck, ND with branches in Mountain View, WY and Post Falls, ID covering our Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest Operations, respectively. We've performed industrial construction for over 50 years in our region. Our goal is to make our customers' lives easy and we are flexible in adapting to their processes. We maintain a high level of discipline and follow an operating code that prevents us from over-extending our resources; ensuring we always put our best foot forward.

In our world, projects aren't just tasks on a schedule - they're moving parts of something bigger, something built to last. As our Industrial Project Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping these projects from the first conversation to the final handshake. You'll balance the nutsandbolts of industrial construction with the art of keeping teams aligned, customers confident, and momentum steady.

Your work will span everything from budgets and proposals to bootsontheground oversight, ensuring safety, quality, and clarity remain at the center of every decision. This role is for someone who sees the big picture and the tiny details, who values strong relationships, and who takes genuine pride in delivering work that stands up to scrutiny. If guiding people, managing moving parts, and building trust sound like your kind of challenge, you'll thrive here - and the impact you make will be visible in every project you touch.
