Pay: $24 - $28.84 / hr

Schedule: M - F; day shift

Location: Vancouver, WA | HP campus

What This Job Involves:

The Senior Shipping Technician supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations for a large campus environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and packages are received, processed, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and in compliance with established procedures.

The Senior Shipping Technician operates with a high level of independence, serves as a subject-matter resource for shipping and logistics activities, and supports consistent service delivery across the site.

What you day-to-day will look like:

• Receive and verify incoming materials - Check documentation, inspect shipments for accuracy and condition upon arrival
• Prepare and process outbound shipments - Handle packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation for departing materials
• Perform campus logistics - Complete pick-ups and deliveries across the facility as needed
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance - Adhere to health, safety, environmental standards and handle hazardous materials documentation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation - Keep detailed shipping, receiving, and inventory records up to date
• Manage inventory and workspace organization - Support inventory tracking while maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Coordinate with teams and provide service support - Work with facilities, engineering, vendors, and serve as logistics point of contact during peak periods

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or a related role.
• Experience handling regulated materials and following documented procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional technical or vocational training.
• Experience in a corporate or campus environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
