About the Role Our health insurance client is expanding their team ahead of Open Enrollment and is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support their Medicare member call line. These associates will assist members by answering questions, reviewing benefits, and helping them navigate Medicare plans with patience, clarity, and empathy. This position is fully remote, taking inbound calls only (typically 50-70 per day, with 70 being the high end). Responsibilities * Provide compassionate and patient support to Medicare members over the phone. * Assist callers in understanding their Medicare benefits and resolving questions. * Navigate internal systems to locate plan information and document interactions. * Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail during each call. * Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and attendance. Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of experience in a health insurance or medical call center role * Medicare experience highly preferred * Comfortable working fully remote * Must reside in an approved state and be located in the Central Time Zone Work Environment & Training * Fully remote, with equipment provided. * Training Schedule: * Weeks 1-4: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (classroom-style training) * Weeks 5-6: Onthejob training on your assigned schedule * Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM * Must be open to any shift within this window * Late shift availability is a plus * Shift differential provided for hours worked after 6:30 PM How to Apply If you have a passion for helping Medicare members and strong experience in the health insurance call center space, we'd love to hear from you!
