Description
As our Lead Operations Planning Forward Reliability Engineering & Support (FRES), you will help engineers apply MISO strategy (through people, process, and technology) to be more effective in outage processing. As the Lead Operations Planning FRES, you will lead a team that enjoys fulfilling all aspects of the job with equal enthusiasm that requires significant interaction and relationship with our customers and a balance of autonomy and collaboration within MISO. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on process changes to allow execution of new technology. You will lead the team to engage and change behaviors that better pre-position the team for the future management of the lifecycle of an outage. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $137,000.00 - $157,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
