Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Accounts Receivable - Technology reporting to the VP, Global Finance Shared Service. This role will be the enterprise business owner for all technology platforms supporting the end-to-end Credit-to-Cash (C2C) lifecycle across a complex, multi-ERP landscape. This role will lead the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of third-party platforms supporting credit, collections, billing, and cash application tools within our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) environment. This leader will drive modernization of a fragmented ERP landscape through automation, orchestration, and data enablement, while partnering closely with IT, Shared Services, Sales, and Finance leadership. The role is critical to scaling operations, improving working capital, and enabling acquisition integration. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to shape the technology landscape within the GFSS function, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
