This position is Hybrid in Downtown, Houston. You must be able to get on site 4 days per week.

We are seeking a technically grounded Product Owner to lead the transformation of our Contact Center. You will drive the strategy for two critical verticals: Omnichannel/Self-Service (building new personalized marketing analytics systems) and Containment (integrating Conversational AI into existing brownfield IVR architectures).

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Technical Background (STEM & PO): Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). You must have the technical aptitude to understand complex architecture.
  • Proven Delivery Record: You must have experience standing up multiple large-scale applications or user systems that work for end-users.
  • Engineering to Product Pivot: Ideally, you started your career as an Engineer/Developer and transitioned into a Product Owner role. You need to speak the language of developers.
  • People Management: Proven experience managing people and leading technical teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex technical constraints to non-technical business leaders is non-negotiable.


* Drive the full product lifecycle, overseeing project management methodologies from design through delivery.

* Develop, track, and meticulously manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.

* Strategically manage project resources, including procuring staff and fostering a motivated, high-performing team through coaching and advising.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to meticulously define business requirements.

* Lead and empower development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that precisely meet business needs.

* Design comprehensive test plans and ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing.

* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing seamless rollout plans and procedures.

* Prepare and present insightful cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic decisions.

* Ensure the consistent application of appropriate systems development and project management processes.

* Deliver compelling presentations to steering committees and project sponsors, communicating progress and strategic vision.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

Technical Stack Familiarity:



  • Genesis Cloud
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Microsoft Azure
  • SAP CRM


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • AI & ML Experience: While not strictly mandatory if you have high technical aptitude, experience with Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI product scaling is highly preferred.
  • IVR Experience: Familiarity with Interactive Voice Response systems and "brownfield" integrations.
  • MBA: Advanced business degree is a plus.
