Senior Product Manager

The Agent Platform team plays a critical role in Copilot Extensibility, powering M365 Copilot Agents with rich functionality that unlocks core user experiences. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about AI and excited to unlock rich agent capabilities that empower users to improve their productivity. This role is central to shaping the future of intelligent agents within Microsoft 365, focusing on lighting up agent capabilities across the stack and bringing them to the public agent platform for developers and end users.

• Define product scenarios and determine key requirements as discovered through various customer forums and product planning cycles
• Drive and define the feature and backlog prioritization by working with multiple feature teams to groom the backlog and help prioritize work for feature teams
• Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, design and marketing to ensure cohesive design across different product areas
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development strategies
• Lead customer and stakeholder engagement efforts to gather feedback, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Develop and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Mentor and support product managers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
• 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
• 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
• Experience with AI platforms, natural language APIs, or enterprise productivity solutions.
• Cross-org leadership skills and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Communication and storytelling skills, with a passion for engaging developers and partners.
• Written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical.
• Track record building or managing developer-facing products, with emphasis on APIs or interoperability.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks and drive relevance, quality and grounding improvements.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into customer and business impact.
