Ouranalyststake on some of the biggestchallenges in Financeandhave the chancetowork abroad,all whilebuildingastrongcommunity with their cohort.

Over the course of two years, FRPAnalysts willcompleteup to four, six-month rotationsinFinancial Planning&Analysisroles.They'llget tosubmitpreferences for teams that interest them most acrosscorporate finance,sales and product groups likeAzure, M365,andGaming, all whileusing best-in-classAItoolsto solve complexbusinessproblems.As anFRP Analyst, youcan expect todevelop your finance skillsrapidly,contributemeaningfully, andinteract withseniorleaders,gaininginsightsand mentorshipto help you accelerate yourcareer.

Responsibilities
  • Apply deep analytical thinking and finance acumento solve business problems,utilizingfinancial modeling to deliver actionable insights.
  • Leverage AI tools and data mining/querying methods to enhance the speed and quality of financial analysis, while actively learning andrecommendingprocessimprovementsforreporting and data collection.
  • Communicate analysis clearlyand logicallytodriverecommendations and decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviewsoffinancial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Embodyour culture and values.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (OR Currently Pursuing) in Finance, Economics,BusinessAdministration,Data Science, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Proven experiencein Excel (pivot tables, Macros, VBA,etc)or equivalenttools
  • Understandingof fundamental finance acumen including data modeling, data analytics, FP&A, forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such asPower BI/Tableau or other data visualization,SQL/R/Pythonor other programming/data science


Financial Analysis IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,800 - $122,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $92,600 - $139,800 per year.
