Join our team as a Traveling Construction Superintendent! We're seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across projects throughout Wisconsin, with opportunities to take on out-of-state assignments in the future. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable construction leader who can quickly integrate into new project teams while consistently delivering safe, organized, and high-quality jobsites. You'll serve as the on-site leader and primary field representative, playing a critical role in delivering predictable, profitable, and well-run projects. What You'll Do
Lead all field operations from project kickoff through closeout across multiple project locations Serve as the on-site point of contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership representatives Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and safety on every jobsite Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards Review shop drawings, submittals, and installation details as required Enforce punch-list standards and ensure a clean, organized project turnover Champion jobsite safety by enforcing OSHA, HAZCOM, and company safety programs Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site orientations Maintain detailed jobsite documentation including daily logs, photos, schedules, and as-built drawings Monitor labor and subcontractor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes
Travel Requirements
Travel throughout Wisconsin for active projects Ability to mobilize on short notice as projects require Opportunities to travel outside of Wisconsin in the future as the portfolio expands Company-paid travel, lodging, and per diem when overnight travel is required
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience 1-3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Valid driver's license with flexibility to travel as needed A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
