Overview
We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Managerinterested in building products from 0->1 and driving cross org initiatives that focus on the Teams Client Reliability and Feedback actionability. You will be working closely with global product, engineering, and customer feedback team to improve overall Teams Client Reliability As a Principal Technical Program Managerfor client reliability and feedback actionability, you will lead cross org initiatives to build technical products to improve Teams client reliability and validate them through customer feedback. Building 0->1 scalable AI agentic solutions that improve actionability for entire organization will be the unique opportunity and key to drive feedback actionability together with reliability. To achieve this, the candidate needs to have deep knowledge and technical skills in these areas and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams, analyze data, manage deliverables, and make constant tradeoffs. The role combines business skills, technical expertise, leadership, data analysis, holistic thinking, operational excellence, and cross team collaboration. It's a key role to motivate the organization to build AI solutions together and reduce operational overhead. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
