We are seeking a Business Program Manager, Lease Sustainability, who will be instrumental in developing and optimizing the processes, systems and tools for the Lease Sustainability program within the Leased Data Center portfolio of Microsoft CO+I. In this role, the Business Program Manager, Lease Sustainability, will engage internal teams throughout the Microsoft CO+I organization, focusing on controls and compliance related to business processes, program design and execution. The ideal candidate should be adept at navigating ambiguity, possess strong cross-group collaboration skills, utilize a data-driven approach to assessing and articulating risk, and have a continuous desire to learn and grow. Real Estate Portfolio Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
