The HR Operations & Leave Coordinator is responsible for assisting with employee leave and workplace accommodations, supporting benefits operations, and providing high-quality employee service while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as a key operational partner to HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams by managing HR system transactions, documentation, audits, employee communications, and reporting within UKG and related systems. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
