  Med-Surg Float Pool - Start your career gaining experience across multiple med-surg units. Build strong foundational nursing skills, confidence, and adaptability while being supported by experienced mentors.

  
  

• 
  

  Intermediate Care (IMC) - After 1 year of productive Med-Surg experience, transition into IMC. Here you'll care for higher acuity patients, develop advanced monitoring skills, and prepare for critical care responsibilities.

  ICU - At the 2 year mark maintain IMC, transition into the ICU, where you'll provide specialized care for critically ill patients while mastering advanced skills and critical thinking under expert guidance

  Associate degree in nursing accepted (must enroll in a BSN/MSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years)

  Active Maryland or Compact RN license (or eligibility)

Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
