Primary Function
As the Corporate HR Manager, you will provides multi-site human resources leadership to corporate functional groups and the international business unit in order to drive the Company's Growth and Performance of our People initiative. This role will manage a small team and will also be a matrix manager to the international HR team. The successful incumbent will manage and administer a wide variety of HR programs including compensation and benefits administration, succession planning, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs. This role reports to the Director of HR and Total Rewards. Responsibilities
