You Are:

A Delivery Leader who will own end-to-end delivery for a $40M-$60M multi-customer portfolio. Reporting to the VP of the business, you will be accountable for delivery predictability, customer outcomes, operational rigor, and leadership across programs delivered through Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. You are a seasoned portfolio/program leader who can centralize delivery operations, strengthen governance, and build trusted executive relationships across multiple customer environments.

The Opportunity:



  • Own scope, schedule, quality, cost, and delivery health across multiple engagements and customers. Drive consistent execution, delivery discipline, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and run portfolio governance including delivery cadences, dashboards, RAID management, escalation paths, and executive reporting. Standardize delivery processes, templates, and playbooks; centralize PMO/delivery operations to improve predictability and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the senior delivery interface for customers. Lead QBRs/MBRs, steering committees, and escalation forums. Communicate proactively, manage expectations, and drive outcome-based conversations that build credibility and trust.
  • Lead delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid engagements, ensuring teams apply the right model with strong controls. Track and manage delivery metrics (health, milestones, velocity/burn, defects, SLAs, financials) and drive early corrective actions.
  • Lead program/project managers, scrum masters, delivery operations/PMO, and cross-functional delivery teams. Drive performance management, coaching, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Finance, and Delivery Excellence teams on transitions from pipeline to delivery, delivery readiness, resourcing, forecasting, utilization, and margin. Support renewals and expansions through execution credibility, transparency, and strong governance.


What you need:



  • At least 15 years of delivery leadership experience in IT services/consulting or comparable environment
  • Ownership of a $40M+ portfolio (or equivalent scale across multiple programs/customers)
  • Proven track record delivering complex programs across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
  • Demonstrated experience building and running governance, PMO/delivery operations, and executive reporting
  • Strong executive customer management capability (QBRs, steering committees, escalations)
  • Strong operational and financial acumen (forecasting, resourcing, utilization, margin control)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce crisp, decision-ready narratives and dashboards


Nice to Have:



  • Experience delivering in public sector or highly regulated environments
  • Experience leading distributed delivery across onshore/offshore/nearshore models
  • Familiarity with modern engineering delivery practices (DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud delivery, data platforms)
  • Certifications such as PMP/PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $180,000-200,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
