Job Responsibilities: The Director of Environmental Regulations provides strategic leadership, oversight, and expert guidance to ensure the health system complies with all federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. This role oversees programs related to environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting across hospitals, clinics, and ancillary facilities. The Director serves as the system's primary subject-matter expert on environmental regulatory requirements and partners closely with clinical, facilities, safety, and executive leadership to develop and implement mitigation plans to reduce risk and promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible organization. Salary Range: $185,000 to $240,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
