Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Take product out of cooler with pallet jack or hand jack
• Weigh and bulk product
• Label cases and take cases off rollers/stack cases
• Place chicken on the multi-cut machine
• Place bags of chicken parts on CVP machine for sealing
• Take bulk inventory
• Load bag into CVP Machine ensuring that no air is left inside bag and that bag is sealed correctly
• Responsible for retrieving empty pallets
• Ensures that cases are sealed properly and checks that cases have correct code and dates

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor.
• Must be able to work with small, hand-held tool (i.e., knife, scissors).
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to read case labels.
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling arm motions required.

Additional Functions:

• Salvage chicken parts by cutting off bad parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
