Responsibilities Reviews project quantities andmanagesthe project quantity book. Assistswith cost report management & tracking. Assistswith project scheduling, including regular updates. Manages subcontractors and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares pay estimates. Performs take-offs. Identifiesand resolvesconflicts between design plans and onsite conditionsand communicates changestoothers. Performs other duties as assigned.
