Tesla is seeking an energetic professionalManager ofApproved Collision Center Programs. The role willbe responsible for leading amulti-functional team of professionalslocatedacross North Americawith the goalof deliveringanexceptional repair experience, that meet all Tesla operating standards,while reducing the cost of ownership for our customersthrough our Tesla Approved Collision Center(TACC)network.
Thisposition requires a strong understanding ofcollisionbusiness processes and operations, vendor managementprinciples, and project management.You must be a strong strategic problem solver who can work in afast-pacedenvironment, capable of multi-tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals andobjectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead a multi-functionaland globalteam of professionals
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure allTACChave the systems access, knowledge, andup-to-dateresourcestorepaircustomers' vehicles to Tesla's expectations
- Identifyopportunities for operational efficiencydrivingKeyPerformance Indicators
- Overseeandassistwithresolvingcustomerescalations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve Tesla's standard of operational excellence
- Partner with legal team tomaintaincontract language for program expectations
- Communicate program changestothousandsof externalrecipients
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in the collision or auto repair program industries
- 3+ years of leading teams
- Proven ability tomanagecomplexprojectsand present to largediversegroups, including executives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree ofprofessionalism
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoy challenges
- Approximately 25% travel domestically or internationally
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Officeand ability to quickly learn internal systems and programswith advanced dataanalysis skills

Expected Compensation
$132,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
