Position Title: Clinical PM Intern Location: Assembly Drive. Rockford, IL 61109 Department: Clinical PM Shift: 1st Reporting To: Director, Clinical Project Management Responsible For (Staff): None The Clinical Quality Agreement Smart Sheet Project Assistant will support the development and implementation of a Smart Sheet platform that consolidates and organizes key attributes of Rockford's Clinical Quality/Technical Agreements (QTA). This role will contribute to the design, population, training, and maintenance processes of this resource, enabling streamlined access and review of customer QTA requirements by the Quality team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements Populate the Smart Sheet with detailed information from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on usage of the Smart Sheet Collaborate in developing a sustainable process for maintaining and updating the Smart Sheet with future agreements and revisions Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of the tool for cross-functional team Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
