Join our dynamic *Client Services team* and make an impact by supporting financial professionals and their clients in a collaborative environment. *Why You'll Love This Role* * *Hybrid Schedule:* Work *3 days onsite* and *2 days from home* each week. * *Mandatory onsite:* Wednesdays + either Monday or Friday * *Choose your third day!* * *Laptop Provided:* We set you up for success from day one. * *Pay rate: *$26.50/hour + OT + Benefits * *Opportunity for Growth:* While this role is temporary, there is potential for extension or conversion (not guaranteed). * *Supportive Team Culture:* Quality over quantity-our focus is on delivering excellent service, not just speed. *Work Schedule* * *Hours:* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST (must be logged in by 9:00 AM EST) * *Lunch:* 1-hour break * *Attendance:* No more than 2 tardies or unexcused absences within 30 days *What You'll Do* As a *Client Services Representative*, you'll be the first point of contact for internal and external clients, including branch associates, financial advisors, and their clients. Your responsibilities include: * Answering *50-60 inbound calls daily* (up to 80 during peak tax season) * Resolving common inquiries such as: * Username/password resets * Address or phone number updates * Documenting call activity in our proprietary system while assisting clients * Coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues * Ensuring compliance and accuracy during every interaction *Training & Tools* * *Training:* 1-2 weeks, including mock calls for hands-on experience * *Resources:* Access to a SharePoint knowledge base for quick reference * *No Scripts:* We empower you to have authentic conversations with clients *Performance Focus* * Management monitors calls for *quality, compliance, and accuracy*-not just speed * Our goal is to ensure *customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies* *Ready to join a team that values your skills and offers flexibility? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
