Description We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Data Entry & Fax Processing Specialist to support our referral and order management workflow. This is a fulltime, inoffice desk position focused on reviewing incoming faxes, entering patient information, and assigning orders to the appropriate internal staff. The role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical equipment referrals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, repetitive, highvolume environment and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. Review 200-300 incoming faxes daily, ensuring each document is read thoroughly and routed correctly. Enter and update patient information and referral details into BrightTree, our Windowsbased electronic medical records (EMR) system. Use an internal ordering platform to process referrals from hospitals, clinics, and other medical partners. Assign specific orders (e.g., hospital bed requests) to designated staff members according to written guidelines. Follow a detailed written guide to ensure consistency and compliance with internal procedures. Document patient notes and maintain accurate records within the EMR system. Perform repetitive data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards. Minimal phone work; the role is primarily computerbased. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and highvolume workloads. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
