The QRC AISR Division is seeking a missiondriven Site Lead to support a highvisibility, CONUSbased manned ISR program. As the Lead Systems Integrator for manned aircraft delivering imagery and multisource intelligence for realtime and postmission analysis, Leidos plays a critical role in enabling nationallevel decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic operational team, drive mission success, and serve as a key liaison between Government, Military, and Contractor partners. The Site Lead reports directly to the Operations Manager and is entrusted with ensuring safe, effective, and accountable ISR flight and ground operations.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of deployed airborne surveillance operations, including administration, aircraft maintenance and employment, logistics, personnel welfare, facilities, operational systems, and regulatory compliance.

  • Drive operational excellence by communicating equipment, personnel, and facility status to Program Management and key stakeholders.

  • Maintain full operational oversight of site personnel, aircraft, and mission systems.

  • Monitor and track flight operations, ensuring mission readiness and timely execution.

  • Conduct risk assessments and secure flight authorizations to support safe and compliant operations.

  • Develop, refine, and enforce operational procedures, including auditing site performance against contractual and regulatory standards.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 10-14 operations professionals, including Airborne Sensor Operators (ASOs) and Intelligence Coordination Center (ICC) managers.

  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks during offrotation periods (up to 20 hours weekly).

  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the program remains responsive, agile, and missionfocused.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to maintain.

  • Demonstrated experience leading deployed flight operations, teams, and mission personnel.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Leidos and subcontractor organizations.

  • Willingness to deploy for rotations up to 90 days at CONUS or OCONUS locations as directed.

  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours in Hardship or Hazardous environments.

  • Ability to obtain a passport for international travel.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Class II medical certificate or military equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Special Operations Aviation.

  • Previous experience managing ISR rotations.

  • Prior service as a STAMP Assistant Site Lead or interim Site Lead.

  • Experience working directly with CONUS and OCONUS customers at the Command level.
