Turning Financial Data Into Market Impact The Finance Analyst is the analytical and reporting expert for the Market Organization (MO). This position is responsible to work directly with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and provide efficient and timely MO financial reporting. This role owns the non-compensation Operating Expense (OPEX) management strategy, reporting and budgetary process, as well as plays the lead in working with the sales force to identify and correct negative variances. The Finance Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the targeting and compensation calculations for different types of indirect selling resources and is responsible to enforce the MO's pricing overwrite process.
