What You'll Do



As an Account Executive, you'll own a multi-state territory and drive growth through high-volume outreach, meaningful client relationships, and disciplined pipeline management. You'll be on the front lines of our mission every day.




  • Prospect & Engage: Run high-volume, proactive outreach to identify new law enforcement clients and get meetings on the calendar.
  • Discover Client Needs: Lead exploratory conversations that uncover real challenges and position our solutions as the answer.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Track opportunities with precision, forecast accurately, and prioritize the activities that move the needle.
  • Present & Close: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, handle objections head-on, and win new contracts.
  • Onboard New Clients: Take the handoff seriously - ensure new accounts are set up correctly and positioned for long-term success.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Build lasting relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and keep clients engaged with our evolving product suite.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Share market intelligence and client insights that sharpen how we compete and grow.
  • Keep Developing: Invest in your own growth through ongoing training, including Sandler sales methodology, product knowledge, and industry fluency.
  • Travel: Expect quarterly in-person visits to strengthen client relationships and deepen your understanding of their needs.
  • Handle Information Responsibly: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow LeadsOnline's security protocols without exception.



What We're Looking For




  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology - you know how to run a full sales cycle and you've done it more than once.
  • A proven track record of hunting new business - you're comfortable making a high volume of calls, building pipeline from scratch, and closing net-new revenue.
  • Strong communication skills - you listen well, explain clearly, and build credibility fast with people who have no patience for fluff.
  • Disciplined pipeline management - you keep your CRM clean, your forecasts honest, and your priorities straight.
  • A competitive drive balanced with team awareness - you want to win, but you also make the people around you better.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset - you take feedback well, pick up new tools quickly, and don't need everything to be figured out before you get started.
  • High emotional intelligence - you read the room, manage relationships with maturity, and know when to push and when to listen.
  • Genuine interest in the mission - serving law enforcement isn't just a backdrop for you; it's a reason to show up and do the work right.
  • US Citizenship required.
