Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the strategic direction, development, and management of our service delivery-oriented product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Crowe to ensure that our service delivery products align with corporate objectives, satisfy customer needs, and create operational efficiencies. This position requires a unique blend of strategic vision, service delivery expertise, and product management acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Manage the core product which is extended by multiple business unit product teams to ensure future product alignment, reduce duplication risk, and maximize the value of the core product to the organization. Convert the business strategy into a product strategy and vision.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across product management, operations, and technology to ensure seamless integration and execution of service delivery strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the service delivery product lifecycle, ensuring products meet delivery needs, uphold the latest/efficient technologies. Establish, manage, and champion the product roadmap to ensure clarity among stakeholders. Provide thought leadership to define and continuously evolve the product scope, functional capabilities, and integrations with enterprise applications,
  • Service Delivery Process Efficiency: Work with business lines to assess and optimize the service delivery process as part of implementation, focusing on improving scalability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Market and Trend Driven Analysis: Collaborate with growth and voice of the customer team to analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance service delivery products and processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for the service delivery portfolio, communicating strategies, updates, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Advises stakeholders on change initiatives within the service delivery lines, employing effective communication, stakeholder engagement to facilitate smooth transitions. Develops and implements structured methodologies to manage the impact of changes on processes, technology, and people, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high service quality levels.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of the service delivery portfolio, including customer satisfaction, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.
  • Product Compliance: Collaborate with technology and enterprise representatives to ensure product alignment with compliance requirements and Crowe policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for the product for Crowe initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or 10+ years in Product Management, Business Operations, IT, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience developing/implementing a product in a public accounting or professional services related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, customer experience strategies, and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies that meet business and stakeholder needs.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams across different functions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Agile and adaptable to change, with the capability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in analytics and reporting.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700.00 - $242,000.00 per year.
