Global Client Solutions Lead The Global Client Solutions Lead is a senior strategic advisor partnering with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations to co-design and execute their human capital strategies. Reporting to the Global Client Solutions Director, this role works closely with Global Account Directors (GADs) to influence Csuite and C1 HR and Talent leaders, shaping solutions that accelerate their workforce, leadership, and transformation agendas.
Sitting at the center of LHH's global sales engine, this individual drives revenue by unlocking new opportunities across our full suite of offerings-including leadership development, coaching, executive and professional recruitment, upskilling/reskilling, career development and mentoring, and outplacement. This may also include selective client-facing advisory work when it strengthens longterm growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings deep credibility with multinational organizations, exceptional diagnostic skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into scalable, integrated talent solutions. In this role you can expect to Key Accountabilities Strategic Growth & Client Advisory * Drive global account growth through whitespace identification, new business development, and expansion of existing programs.
* Serve as a trusted extension of client HR teams, partnering across the full talent lifecycle to elevate conversations and maximize LHH's impact.
* Diagnose organizational challenges and co-create solutions that align with clients' strategic workforce priorities. Business Development & Market Leadership
* Proactively surface and cultivate new opportunities by engaging stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Strategy.
* Act as executive sponsor for major engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, measurable outcomes, and high client satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong external presence by staying ahead of workforce trends, attending industry events, and contributing thought leadership.
* Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to shape internal product strategy and thought leadership.
Collaboration & Internal Leadership
* Partner closely with vertical leaders, SMEs, and global teams to orchestrate integrated, cross-solution client strategies.
* Bring a global mindset to solution design, ensuring relevance across countries, cultures, and organizational maturity levels. All About You * Proven track record advising CHROs and senior HR executives.
* Demonstrated success in designing, selling, and scaling large, complex talent programs.
* Skilled at navigating ambiguity and transforming conceptual challenges into actionable solutions.
* Strong commercial instincts with a passion for business development.
* Deep understanding of future-of-work trends, workforce planning, leadership development, coaching, and reskilling.
* Credible academic/professional qualifications such as MCIPD/FCIPD, C.Psychol, MBA/EMBA.
* Experience in internal Talent or HR leadership roles is a plus. What we offer
Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 plus annual bonus. Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
