The firm is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Travel and Transportation Services to oversee day operations and support strategic initiatives within a sophisticated global travel program serving attorneys and business professionals across international offices. Working closely with the Travel and Transportation Services Manager, this role ensures efficient, compliant, and consistently exceptional travel services in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The Supervisor of Travel and Transportation Services will play a key role in optimizing travel operations, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening vendor partnerships.


This is a non-exempt hybrid position requiring 3 days in our New York office after an introductory period.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Travel Operations & Program Management

  • Lead daily travel operations to deliver an outstanding traveler experience while ensuring full adherence to Firm travel policies, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the execution of the Firm's global travel strategy, including coordination of travel logistics for Firm meetings, events, and client engagements.
  • Oversee travel reporting and analytics, including dashboards, spend analysis, compliance metrics, volume trends, exception reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive process improvements, cost savings, and enhance traveler satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and global offices as a solutions-oriented partner, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment.
  • Provide extended-hours coverage as needed, including evenings and occasional weekends, to support global business demands.



Car Services Management

  • Ensure timely, professional, and reliable car service support, consistently meeting defined SLAs for on-time performance and responsiveness.
  • Manage relationships with car service providers, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability across all engagements.


  • Maintain and continuously optimize a preferred vendor and driver database, ensuring strong service coverage and operational efficiency.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of corporate or law firm travel management experience within a large or global professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client-facing service delivery, with polished communication skills and experience interacting with senior attorneys, Firm leadership, and global stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Expertise with travel technologies, TMC operations, and corporate booking tools; familiarity with vendor contracts across air, hotel, rail, group travel, and car rental.
  • Flexible, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work extended hours as business needs require.
  • Experience in process improvement, operational optimization, and contributing to departmental strategy.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
  • Knowledge of Uber for Business, including vouchers and event logistics.
  • Familiarity with transportation compliance, regional regulations, and logistics planning.
