Bargaining Unit: Pay Details The pay for this position is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and is set at $25.94 per hour. Job Description The Group Sales and Subscriptions Associate is responsible for performing all work associated with the reservation, sale, seating, payment collection, fulfillment, and customer service for Group Sales and Subscription tickets to Kennedy Center events, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Kennedy Center and IATSE Local 868. This position supports both Group Sales and Subscription operations by processing patron orders accurately, providing high-quality customer service by phone, email, and in person at the Group Sales and Subscription Office window, and maintaining accurate patron and order records. Associates ensure that ticketing transactions and fulfillment processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner while upholding Kennedy Center policies and standards of service.
