Senior Marketing Coordinator

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a senior marketing coordinator to work with our One Water group.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing strategy and providing guidance and quality control on marketing materials
• Leading and executing the proposal development process
• Strategizing with business partners to create marketing plans for achieving the business plan and strategic goals
• Developing and managing the annual marketing plan including schedule and budget for business units
• Leading interview preparation and presentations
• Leading project kickoff meetings for proposals and other submittals
• Writing and editing marketing materials and technical content
• Preparing and executing the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budget; offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
• Organizing client events
• Attending trade shows and conferences

Some travel will be required.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• A combination of education and/or experience totaling eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, illustration, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus four (4) years of experience

--OR--

• Associate degree in marketing, graphic design, illustration, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus six (6) years of experience

--OR--

• No degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Graphic design layout/visual translation of information
• Experience tabling and managing events with the general public
• Experience leading trainings and developing presentations
• Coordinating, managing, and marketing events
• Networking and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Ability to effectively communicate in a written or verbal format
• Process automation
