Markon is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator to support a high-priority, highly visible malware analysis modernization program. This role supports a large-scale software development effort responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise systems. The program delivers both sustainment of existing mission systems and modernization of cyber analysis, orchestration, and data enrichment capabilities using Agile, DevOps, and test-driven development practices.

Administer, operate, and maintain Linux-based enterprise systems supporting mission-critical malware analysis capabilities.
• Support infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain network solutions using Cisco technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues, outages, and network performance bottlenecks.
• Perform Cisco upgrades, patching, and optimization to ensure network stability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across compute, network, and storage environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps teams to support modernized cyber analysis platforms.
• Support parallel sustainment and modernization efforts in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with this Customer.
• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise administering Linux systems in enterprise environments.
• Required experience with Ansible automation.
• Proficiency architecting and supporting Cisco-based network solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network issues.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, highly visible programs.
