As the Finance Manager, USCA Allied, US Commercial, and Canada, you will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the USCA Automotive Refinish Coatings segments supporting over $550M in annual revenue. You will provide strategic financial support to drive profitability, optimize customer investments, and ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards. Main Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly financial results and prepare reports for Americas Refinish leadership.
- Develop, review, and track regional forecasts, estimates, and incentive-related discounts.
Strategic Business Support
- Partner with Commercial and Allied business units to maximize profitability and growth. Allied is a key growth driver for the business, requiring commercial and operational support to maximize profitability
- Evaluate buying agreement proposals and business cases for the Refinish Commercial segment.
- Provide insights to sales and marketing teams to optimize business opportunities.
Incentives and Controls
- Coordinate and audit annual sales bonus calculations and ad hoc incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting guidelines and maintain strong internal controls.
Collaboration & Projects
- Support the Finance Director, Refinish Americas, on special projects (e.g., internal controls, pro-forma modeling, pricing approvals, customer claims).
- Work closely with GBFS to ensure accurate accounting and accruals.
- Lead SEM Oracle go-live initiatives, including legal entity consolidation and financial integration.
Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise Canada Refinish financial analyst, supporting profitability and incentive calculations.
- Oversee Allied Refinish finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of financial management or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and accounting policies (PPG Coatings preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service).
