We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our operations. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes and product assembly Provide technical support to manufacturing operations Collaborate with the Product Development Team to optimize designs for manufacturability Identify and implementing cost reduction efforts Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing process technology Oversee the maintenance of CDI Standards and Best Practices Required Education & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering is required. A Master's degree is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of experience and advanced engineering education. Strong training and experience in modern manufacturing techniques, including Lean, 5S, Constraint Theory Management, and Six Sigma, are essential. Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
