Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Lead responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial processes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities with respect to ensure financial health across the organization. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals. Support resource allocation and SOW contracts. Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity. Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
