Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team on a construction site focused on structured cabling installation. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities * Remove trash and debris from the worksite regularly. * Move and stage materials as directed by supervisors. * Assist with general site cleanup and organization. * Support the cabling team by ensuring materials are readily available. * Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols. Qualifications * Ability to lift and move heavy materials. * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. * Reliable transportation to and from the job site. * Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements * Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. * Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
