Keysight is seeking a expert-level Corporate Account Manager to lead the executive relationship with a strategic partner(s) that may hold both distribution and rental agreements. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in channel strategy, complex contract management, and executive-level engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, shaping joint business strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business models while consistently delivering on assigned sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Own the executive relationship with the partner(s), acting as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that align with Keysight's global objectives and partner growth plans.
  • Lead contract negotiations for distribution and rental agreements, ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability.
  • Drive C-level engagement and influence partner leadership to secure strategic alignment and investment.
  • Oversee joint business planning, including pipeline development, marketing initiatives, quarterly business reviews, and sales enablement programs.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify new revenue streams and mitigate risks.
  • Serve as the internal champion for the partner, coordinating across Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and executive updates on account health and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales quota through effective account planning, execution, and partner collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the test and measurement industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and customer applications.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel/partner management, with a consistent record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Proven experience managing partner programs, including enablement, performance tracking, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Deep understanding of distribution and rental business models, including financial and operational complexities.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • MBA or additional business qualifications are a plus.

California Pay Range: MIN $196,740.00, MIDPOINT $262,310.00 - MAX $327,890.00
