*Job Title: Member Service Representative (GPO)**Job Description*As a Member Service Representative, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information about our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to member and individual inquiries within a high-volume contact center. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Demonstrate active listening and adaptability to enhance the member experience. * Perform transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, and loans. * Advise members on additional products and services that may meet their needs. * Ensure positive member interaction through multiple engagement methods. *Essential Skills* * Experience in customer service and data entry. * Familiarity with call center operations and policy compliance. * Ability to handle high volume calls in a structured environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist role, banking/mortgage, or a high-volume retail environment. *Why Work Here?*Join the largest credit union in the world and serve the financial needs of our military and their families worldwide. The position may require hybrid or onsite work. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
